Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To start a return, email gylianlian01@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photographs.
Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
Voluntary Return Conditions
For a return based on a change of mind, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered. It should be free from stains, odors, and other signs of use, with its original tags and packaging where applicable.
Items Excluded From Voluntary Returns
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, voluntary returns are not available for underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, earrings, personalized products, gift cards, or items clearly marked as final sale. Swimwear must have its original hygiene protection intact.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. After reviewing the issue, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for a confirmed defective or incorrect item.
Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns due to preference, sizing, color choice, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect, or applicable law requires a refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on product availability. If a direct exchange is unavailable, you may return an eligible item and place a new order.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or dispatch has begun.
This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, return, refund, or warranty rights under applicable law.
